The Consortium works to improve and increase access to a range of early learning programs, including child care, Head Start and Pre-K. Focused on improving the quality of services available, we provide trainings, technical assistance, and more for child care programs and providers. We offer other free and low-cost services, including consultations and referrals for families to support them in making appropriate choices for their children.

Having fun and learning is what Preschool of America's summer program is all about. Our new summer program "Around the World in 50 days" is a great enrichment to our standard program. Students will be exposed to the rich traditions of South America, North America, Asia and Europe. Our summer program will enable children to learn about the distinct and various languages, foods, dress and traditions of specific regions. Rockland Child Development Services (RCDS) is now offering an educational enrichment program for infants, toddlers and preschool children involving parent-child developmental groups within our new sensory classroom. Infant/toddler groups involve music, sensory play, cognitive skill-building, language and visual stimulation exercises. Preschool groups focus on kindergarten and reading readiness through science exploration, sensory play, circle time, arts and crafts and interactive group activities. RCDS also offers private pay individualized speech and behavioral therapy and private developmental or educational evaluations to children of all ages.
