The Museum of Ice Cream Flagship Is Here

The Museum of Ice Cream Flagship Is Here

The space spans nearly 25,000 square feet over three floors with 13 art installations.

The Museum of Ice Cream flagship is now open in Soho! The space span nearly 25,000 square feet, covers three floors of space, and incorporates 13 new art installations into its celebration of ice cream. Guests can dive into MOIC’s biggest sprinkle pool ever, savor sweet treats on a floating table, slide down a three-story slide, and more as they delight all five senses. Museum of Ice Cream was born under the premise that that ice cream is a “universal symbol of joy, a personal pleasure, and a transportive vehicle for anyone’s imagination.”

The museum features a very New York City-inspired “Celestial Subway,” a Queen Bee hive inspired by the museum’s Queen Bee ice cream, and more installations that have all been created in-house by a team of architects and designers. You can visit an exclusive MOIC café and gift shop that offers an extensive menu and cool products. Tickets, which include ice cream tastings and signature treats exclusive to MOIC NYC, are $38. Kids younger than two are free.

MOIC first burst onto the experiential museum scene in 2016 and has locations in San Francisco and now, of course, New York. Celebrities that have visited the museum include Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, and Katy Perry. Some of the museum’s iconic ice cream flavors include Queen Bee (honey ice cream with chocolate covered honeycomb and English toffee with almonds), Nana Banana (banana ice cream with a salted caramel almond butter swirl), and Malt Shake (malted chocolate ice cream with mini malted milk balls). To explore the museum and plan your trip, visit the MOIC website.
