Rock Frozen's Anna and Elsa Braids!

Rock Frozen's Anna and Elsa Braids!

Is your girl planning to trick or treat as Anna or Elsa this Halloween? Then you need hair help, stat. The beautiful braids of her favorite princesses are easier than they look, thanks to Disney Frozen Fever Hairstyles ($12.95). We picked our two favorites to share, but the book has plenty more.

Anna’s French Twist

(shown above)

  1. Gather two medium sized sections of hair at the front of the head, near the hairline, and cross them over each other.
  2. Take another loose section of hair near the hair you’re already holding and add it to the section in your hand. Do this on both sides.
  3. Cross your new, larger section of hair over the other, once
  4. Continue to do this down the length of the hair, adding a bit more hair each time and crossing the two strands over each other once
  5. After you run out of hair to add, rope braid the hair the rest of the way and secure with a hair tie.

Frozen Elsa Anna Braid How-To

Elsa’s Birthday Braid

  1. Section off a large chunk of hair at the top of the head and fishtail braid it. Secure with elastic band.
  2. Hold the lower section of the hair in a side pony, and bring the fishtail braid down to meet it.
  3. Use your fingers to make a hole in the braid where it meets the ponytail, and pull the ponytail through this hole. Secure by sticking a bobby pin where the braid and pony meet.
