Getting Ready for Higher Education in Rockland

   Two local libraries are hosting free evening seminars on getting ready for your child’s higher education. Find out how to get the most financial aid from the government, states and colleges, as well as how to fill out the FAFSA form for federal aid and the TAP form for New York State aid.
