    Alternative Sports and Non-Competitive Physical Activities in Rockland County, NY

We've compiled a guide to parks, rinks, and other sports centers in Rockland County, NY, that offer healthy and fun activities - like hiking, skating, and table tennis - for all ages.

    With a picturesque lake situated above the west bank of the Hudson, and offering picnic tables and grills, this is a fun way to get your nature fill. The park also offers boat rentals, a paved trail for biking, jogging, or walking, hiking trails, tennis courts and more.

    While your sporty kids may head straight for the pool or fitness center, the rest of the family can congregate in the game room, featuring ping-pong and foosball. Teens may use the Y's game room during after-school hours (3-6pm), and everyone is welcome on the weekends.
