No Drama Mammas & Pappas of NY is a social networking group unlike any other mommy group around. Open to all parent guardians including fathers, grandparents, and caregivers, this group provides a substantial list of local events for the family while connecting parents in an online social setting. The group offers adult and child book clubs, as well as an array of classes in arts, sports, and music. Located at The Guidance Center of Westchester whose mission is to improve the well-being of people all ages through specialized programs, Parents Place is a place for both parents and children to socialize and play. With scholarships available and very affordable class prices ($30 for six sessions), Parents Place is a great location to bring the kids. Parents Place also offers programs for children with special needs. Every two Sundays during the month, a Family Days course is offered for parents and their children affected by autism. Also, on one Wednesday each month, Parents Place offers a parents-only class providing the time to share information and resources for coping with behavioral issues your child has. All autism programs are free of charge.
