The Long Island Game Farm has served as a frequent destination for school children on Long Island. Each year, thousands of guests visit the wildlife park and children’s zoo in Manorville. The New York Academy of Music (NYAM) conveniently located in Manhasset, New York is offering a Flute Camp. The session is July 27-31 from 10am-1pm, Monday through Friday. Enrollment is open to flute students of all levels ages 11-18. The Flute Camp director is the eminent flutist Chrissy Fong, an award-winning performer and experienced teacher. She will give comprehensive group classes in solo and ensemble repertoire. Space is still available, so those interested should not hesitate to call NYAM.

Science Museum of Long Island on Leeds Pond Preserve is located in Manhasset overlooking Manhasset Bay. We run a science themed summer camp every summer for the past 40-plus years which has become very popular. It offers campers, ages 4 to 14, the opportunity to enroll from as little as one week to as much as 8 weeks. The Science Museum specializes in allowing kids with a true interest in science to have fun.
