Carolan, D.O., earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury and completed her residency in pediatrics at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. Hilary Petersel, M.D., earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in Boston, MA, and completed her residency in pediatrics at North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System in New Hyde Park. Drs. Carolan and Petersel are board-certified in pediatrics and see patients at Crystal Run Healthcare’s offices in Haverstraw.
