FREE IN PERSON Celebrate Chanukah with Car Menorah Parade Followed by Annual Grand Menorah Lighting

WHERE: The Chai Center and Chabad of Mid-Suffolk, 318 Veterans Memorial Highway, Commack
WHAT: Cars line up at 5pm at Chabad of Mid-Suffolk and leave at 6p, to go to The Chai Center. The parade will conclude with the annual Grand Menorah Lighting in the parking lot of The Chai Center at 6:45pm. Participants will have the opportunity to tune their radio to hear music for the parade. Doughnuts and latkes for everyone (packaged individual servings) *First 50 cars to RSVP get a free car Menorah and flag for the parade * Chanukah Beanies for the first 100 participants Register your car for the parade in advance.

WHERE: Chabad of the Beaches, 1 W. Chester St., Long Beach
WHAT: The community is invited to the lighting of Long Island's Largest Menorah throughout the eight days of Hanukkah, outside Long Beach City Hall spreading the light of goodness, liberty, and faith. Each night the menorah lighting will be limited to a crowd of 50 people. Masks will be required. Every night the Lighting will be live streamed on Facebook. Contact Chabad of the Beaches to request a night to join in person and state the preference for which night you wish to attend. After the limited crowd menorah lighting, the entire community is invited to drive by in their cars on Park Avenue to receive different gifts each night: Thursday, Dec. 10, 5:30pm: Donut Drive Thru; Saturday, Dec. 12, 6:30pm: Chanukah Gift Drive Thru; Sunday, Dec. 13, 5:30pm: Latke Drive Thru.
