This Is Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park

The Nickelodeon Universe theme park is now open at the American Dream mega-mall at the Meadowlands, which is exciting for East Coast Nickelodeon lovers, considering the only other Nickelodeon Universe in the country is all the way in Minnesota at the Mall of America. The Minnesotan Nickelodeon Universe was the brand’s first venture into theme parks and occupies seven acres, making it the biggest indoor theme park in the country right now. However, when the Universe debuts in New Jersey, it will contain more than 8 indoor acres–stealing the biggest amusement park spot. The park is actually set to become the biggest indoor theme park in North America.

Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream has 27 rides, a ropes course, a children’s play structure, and a game center, according to a rendering presented at American Coaster Enthusiast's EastCoaster 2019 gathering. According to Time Out New York, American Dream will also be home to a mini golf course, ice skating rink, a 12-story indoor ski and snow park, a 4-D movie theater and an aquarium. There will be a Legoland Discovery Center area for kids younger than 10, as well as a DreamWorks water park to entice kids of all ages. The world’s steepest roller coaster will be a star attraction at the Nickelodeon Universe theme park which will have rides based on hits like The Fairly Odd Parents, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob, and more.
