Ladies of Rockland County have been raving about Rockland County Adventure Boot Camp. It's a great jump start to their day and fitness program. It is not the traditional military boot camp with a lot of yelling and trampling through the mud. It is however, a challenging, energizing, and fun outdoor workout in nice weather and indoors October-March. The one-hour a day camp runs for four-weeks and women can choose the intensive 5-day a week Monday-Friday program, 4-day or a 3-day per week program.
