The Catamount Aerial Adventure Park generates big thrills for ages 7 to adult. Here at the Northeast’s premier aerial challenge park, climbers can choose from up to 12 self-guided courses with varying degrees of difficulty. 170 tree platforms are connected by “bridges,” which are various configurations of cable, wood and rope or zip lines. Catamount Ski Area is a family favorite because of the excellent terrain, trail diversity, children’s snowsports programs, and down-home atmosphere close by in the Berkshires. Programs for kids include Mountain Cats for ages 4-12. This program is for first-timers or experienced young skiers or snowboarders who need to improve their skills. The Interclub, Tri-State Racing Programs, and Freestyle Program are season-long programs with weekly instruction and competition.
